Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-demand seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed every step of the way.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and region)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.


Shipping Locations

HomeFlow currently ships to:

  • The United States

  • Canada

  • Select international destinations (availability shown at checkout)

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HomeFlow is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs fees) are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us immediately at support@homeflowstore.com.
We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive your products.
